Key Advantages of CDP PROCESS®
Guaranteed Compliance with ASTM Standards for Mineral Insulating Oil
Demonstrated results showing regenerated mineral insulating oil, with quality passing the ASTM D3487-16.Proven track record in achieving PCB-free concentration of less than 2 mg/kg.
Extends the Life of Equipment
Regenerates mineral insulating oil and removes all physical and chemical contaminants inside the equipment.Prevents equipment from becoming a waste.
Substantial Financial Benefits
Extends the life of the existing equipment and mineral insulating oil.Simplified mineral insulating oil maintenance.Potential revenue from the sale of decontaminated metals and regenerated mineral insulating oil.
Safe and Environmentally Sound
Closed-loop decontamination facilitating resource conservation and minimization of waste.Zero emission and effluent.Integrated with effective safety controls.
Minimal Downtime with Onsite and Onload Decontamination Process
Continuous transformer operation during the decontamination process.Maximum of 8 hours of transformer shutdown for DMU connection and disconnection.
